It is obviously unethical for the employers to be deceptive with the employees or the stakeholders. However, most of the employer prefers to tell lie to the employees in order to motivate them. From the research, it has been observed that bogus and untruthful feedback have motivated the employees to do their best work. On the other hand, while dealing with the investors and suppliers, everything should be transparent, otherwise it may affect the business functions.
